Richard and I celebrated our 6 year anniversary this weekend. We had lunch at an outdoor cafe and really enjoyed the special time together. We also took some fun family pics.
Mia is 19 weeks old and doing wonderful. She loves to put things in her mouth and will give anyone a huge smile. We have tried rice cereal the last couple of days. She is wearing more than she is eating, so any advice on introducing solids is welcomed and appreciated!
Our home is a happy, peaceful place. We are all sleeping a little better each day and remember to praise God for the many blessings we have. He IS good!

Yay for 6 years together!! Glad you guys enjoyed the day. The pics are so cute. I love the HUGE cheesecake she is giving Jenn in the first pic. I love seeing what a happy baby she is and the joy the Lord has given you guys in being her parents. Yall are awesome. Love you!

ReplyDeleteCongrats on 6 Years..Can't remember how I found your Blog but love reading about Baby Mia. As for cereal-- we did rice cereal/oatmeal cereal every day for about a month. Our son, Reddington, (7 Mos.) slowly got better & better. My suggestion is to keep at it- every day- My sister has been feeding her 8 mo. old on & off & she's not doing so well. ReplyDeleteHAPPPPY 6 Years!! Love the pics soooo sweet and your joyfullness (is that a word?!) shows through. And all 3 of you look so great. Starting cereal and then food - tried my patience at first - but after being patient and just keep doing it - finally one day Lainey just got it, like a lightbulb went off, and now we hardly need a bib sometimes (never would have guessed that at 4 months old).
