We recently had our annual Christmas Dinner with our best friends,
Sherry and Trey. We have been doing it for seven years, and each year gets more yummy and more special! This year we were wise and put the kids down to bed first. Then everyone had a hand in making a part of the meal. We had good music, good wine,
great food and lots of fun!
Our menu included:
Maytag Blue Cheese Potato Chips

Arugula and Gouda Risotto
Maytag Blue Cheese topped Filets - Webers Cookbook
Snickerdoodle Layer Cake with Cinnamon Buttercream Frosting

| Sherry's Maytag Blue Cheese Potato Chips. They introduced us to these at Jasper's in Plano. I never liked blue cheese until I had these and now I love it! You must make these immediately! We used store bought chips instead of making our own and they did fine. |

| Chorizo stuffed Poblano peppers. Holy Spicy!!!! They were really good, but go easy on the additional spice added because the peppers bring their own heat. |
